The technical committee shall review any application and make a recommendation whether the proposed subdivision is in conformity with law and this title, whether the size and shape of the proposed lots are in conformance with city requirements, and whether all the proposed lots have access to a public street. The technical committee shall convene whenever appropriate upon the call of the city clerk. (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
