A. The technical committee shall consist of the city engineer, city clerk, director of public works, fire chief, representative of the sheriff's office and chairman of the planning commission.

B. The committee shall have the powers and duties specified in this code, and any and all references to “subdivision committee” in this title shall be deemed a reference to the “technical committee.” (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
