13.24.090 Takeoff and landing clearance.

It is unlawful for any person to land or take off in any aircraft on the airport:
A. Without observing the direction indicated by the wind tee and complying with that visual indicator;
B. Whenever the airport has been closed to air traffic and such closure has been designed by the placement of an “X” at each end of the runway. (Ord. 177-82 § 19, 1982)
