A. Unless a competent operator is attending the controls of such aircraft;

B. If such aircraft is within fifty feet of any hangar or building;

C. When the aircraft is in a position such that the propeller slipstream will damage or interfere with the operation of other· aircraft, hangars, shops or other buildings, or injury to personnel, passengers or spectators. (Ord. 177-82 § 18, 1982)
