It is unlawful for any person flying any aircraft to perform any stunt maneuver or any maneuver not necessary to a takeoff, landing, normal tum or level flight of the aircraft within, over or within one mile of the exterior boundaries of the airport. (Ord. 177-82 § 20, 1982)
