The grantee shall at all times make and keep full and complete plans and records showing the exact location of all cable system equipment installed or in use in streets and other public places in the city. The grantee shall file with the city within thirty days following the first anniversary date and each subsequent anniversary date of the franchise, a current map or set of maps drawn to scale, showing all cable system equipment installed and in place in streets and other public places of the city.
