The grantee shall prepare and furnish to the city at the reasonable times and in the reasonable form prescribed by the city such reports with respect to its operations, affairs, transactions or property, as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate to the performance of any of the rights, functions or duties of the city or any of its officers in connection with the franchise.
