a. Each aircraft based at the Montague-Yreka Airport must have Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage insurance in the amount of one million dollars, subject to a Passenger Limitation of one hundred thousand dollars per passenger seat. The coverage shall contain an endorsement which applies its coverage to the City, the members of the Montague City Council, the Montague-Yreka Airport Commission, and their officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, individually and collectively, as additional insured.

b. Proof of said insurance shall be submitted to Manager and City. The City, in its discretion, may demand that anyone leasing space at the Montague-Yreka Airport change its policies if the deductibles are deemed too high by the City's risk manager. (Ord. 13-01, 2012; Ord. 11-01, 2012)
