Each person renting space for aircraft storage at the Montague-Yreka Airport is required to execute a lease agreement with the manager of the Montague-Yreka Airport. The lease agreement shall specify, among other things, the rental rate, deposit rate, insurance requirements, and storage requirements. All leasees must abide by all of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. (Ord. 11-01, 2012)
