The planning commission shall perform the duties and shall have the rights, powers and privileges specified and provided for in this code or by state law and shall serve as an advisory board to the city council on all matters related to planning and development. The decisions of the planning commission are subject to appeal to the city council and the council has the final say in all city matters. (Ord. 17-03 § 2, 2017)
