When the council has approved the final map, as set forth in Section 16.24.080, the city clerk shall present the map to the county recorder for recordation in the Town Maps of Siskiyou County. After the map has been recorded, the subdivider shall obtain from the county a copy of the recorded final map, and shall file this copy with the secretary of the planning commission.
