If, at the time of the approval of the final map by the council, any public improvements required by the city pursuant to the provisions of this title have not been completed and accepted in accordance with the city standards applicable at the time of the approval or conditional approval of the tentative map, the council, as a condition precedent to the approval of the final map, shall require the subdivider to enter into an agreement with the city, upon such terms as the city may require, to thereafter complete such improvements at the subdivider's expense. The agreement shall be secured by improvement security in the amount and form set forth in Chapter 16.26. (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
