If the planning commission approves the tentative parcel map, it may grant the subdivider a period of time after recording of the parcel map in which to complete the installation of the public improvements required as a condition to such approval. If a time period is so granted the city council shall require improvement security to be posted in one of the forms set forth in Chapter 16.26. (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
