The planning commission may require as a condition of approval of the tentative parcel map the dedication of necessary rights-of-way for streets and utilities, the installation of utilities and utility connections to each lot, and reasonable conditions necessary to protect adjacent, nearby and future residents from odor, noise, dust or glare. The planning commission may also impose as a condition to approval the construction of any or all improvement authorized by Section 66419 of the Government Code. (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
