The State Housing Act, as described in Section 15.04.010, as it exists as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter or as it may thereafter be amended, shall apply to all structures, without limitation of any kind whatsoever, and wherein the State Housing Act is restricted by its terms to certain buildings or types of buildings, it shall be deemed amended to provide by its terms and apply to all structures within the city.
