A. A wall sign shall not project more than fifteen inches from the surface of the building to which it is attached, if it extends over public property. nor eighteen inches from the surface of the building, if it does not extend over public property.

B. The face of any wall sign which extends over public property must be ten feet or more above the surface of the adjoining ground, sidewalk or pavement. Reflector arms may extend five feet from the advertising surface of a wall sign, if such reflector arms shall be not less than ten feet above the surface of the adjoining ground or sidewalk. A platform may extend thirty inches from the advertising surface, if such platform shall be not less than fourteen feet above the surface of the adjoining ground or sidewalk. Wall signs shall comply with the provisions of Section 14.56.050. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
