A. The vertical height of the advertising surface of the outdoor advertising structure shall not exceed twelve feet.

B. The length of the advertising surface of the outdoor advertising structure shall not exceed twenty-four feet; except that in an interstate freeway corridor, as defined in Section 14.68.010, such length shall not exceed forty feet.

C. The overall height above ground level of any advertising structure shall not exceed the maximum building height permitted, without a use permit, in the zone in which it is located as provided by Chapter 17.16 of this code. (Ord. 89-10 (part), 1989; Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
