No projecting sign shall be constructed or erected so that any portion thereof is higher than the maximum building height permitted, without a use permit, in the zone which it is located as provided in Chapter 17.16 of this code. (Ord. 89-10 (part), 1989; Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
