All projecting signs shall be constructed to withstand a minimum wind pressure of twenty pounds per square foot. Any projecting sign more than thirty-five feet in total height shall be constructed to withstand a wind pressure of thirty pounds per square foot. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
