It is unlawful to place a sign or other form of advertisement of a proposed yard sale upon any public property within the city or upon any other property within the city, except upon the premises where such sale is conducted. It is unlawful to exhibit a sign or other form of advertisement for more than two days prior to the day said sale is to commence, or to allow such sign to remain after 6:00 p.m. on the termination date of such sale. One sign only, not exceeding 15 by 20 inches in size, may be placed in the front or side yard of the premises where the sale is conducted. (Ord. 21-04, 2021)
