It is unlawful for any person or persons to conduct, cause or permit to be conducted, at the same address, more than three yard sales during a calendar year. If more than three sales are to be held, a permit must be obtained from the Montague City Hall and fee of $25.00 paid before additional yard sales occur. No single yard sale shall continue for more than three consecutive days. Citywide yard sale day is exempt. (Ord. 21-04, 2021)
