Vacant land currently within the city or hereafter annexed shall be assigned the appropriate street address upon the issuance of the building permit. Any such newly issued street addresses shall by reference become a part of this chapter and the sanctions contained herein shall apply equally to those addresses. (Ord. 88-24 § 2, 1988)
