Any person under the age of eighteen years violating the provisions of Section 9.04.010 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure.

The ordinance codified in this chapter shall be in effect thirty days after the date of its adoption and prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage thereof shall be published at least once in the Siskiyou Daily News, a newspaper of general circulation, circulated in the city and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
