It is declared to be a nuisance and no person shall suffer or permit any chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, pheasants, doves, pigeons, squab, peafowl or similar fowl or rabbits owned and controlled by him to run or fly at large or go upon the premises of any other person in the city.
