Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or knowingly or intentionally misrepresenting to any officer or employee of this city any material fact in procuring the license or permit provided for in this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in Title 1 of this code.
