Pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with 930) of Part 3 of Division 3.6 of Title 1 of the Government Code, written agreements entered into by or in behalf of the city/county/district may provide that all claims arising out of or related to the agreement must be presented not later than one (1) year after the accrual of the cause of action.
