All areas in the fire department building and all areas used or possibly used in connection with the fire department building for driveways or other access are designated as areas for emergency vehicles only. It is unlawful and a traffic infraction for any nonemergency vehicle to park in any area designated “For Emergency Vehicles Only.” Violation of this provision shall subject the owner of the offending vehicle to the sanctions set forth in Section 17.22.040 of this chapter.
