A. The boundaries of the district designated and established by Section 17.12.010 are as shown on that certain map entitled “Zoning Map of the City of Montague,” incorporated in this section and made a part of this title by reference as if fully set forth in this section, and which map is on file in the office of the city clerk, and to which reference is made for full particulars as to the location of the areas shown within the districts. The districts shown are declared to be subject to the regulations pertaining to such designated districts as the regulations are set forth in this title.

B. No person shall use any land, building or structure, nor shall any building or structure be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, moved or used in any district shown on the zoning map, except in conformance with the regulations established by this title.
