"Single-room occupancy" or "SRO" means a one-room dwelling unit occupied by no more than two persons, which serves as the occupants' primary residence, and which has a minimum floor area of 150 square feet, a maximum floor area of 220 square feet, meets ADA requirements, and includes food preparation and/or sanitary facilities.
