If any portion of any land within the boundaries shown on any such final map is subject to overflow, inundation or flood hazard by stormwaters, such fact and such portion shall be clearly shown on the final map. Further, an adequate storm drainage system shall be provided, and if fill is used in flood areas, it shall be a minimum of two feet above ten-year high water. (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
