Provision shall be made for any and all railroad crossings necessary to provide access to or circulation within the proposed subdivision, including the preparation of all documents necessary for application to the state public utilities commission for the establishment and improvement of such crossing. No cost of such railroad crossing improvements shall be borne by the city. (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
