The parcel map must be filed prior to the expiration date of the approval of the tentative map, including all extensions thereof, and shall terminate all proceedings. Any proceeding to subdivide the some parcel thereafter shall require the filing of a new tentative map. (Ord. 90-1 (part), 1990)
