15.24.010 Applicability.
This section is included in your selections.
A. This chapter shall apply to the following:
1. All new and rehabilitated landscaping for public agency projects and private development projects that require a city permit; and
2. Developer-installed landscaping in single-family and multi-family projects.
B. This chapter shall not apply to homeowner-provided landscaping at single-family and multifamily projects. (Ord. 93-02 (part), 1993)
