Real estate signs not exceeding twelve square feet in area and attached directly to the wall of a building shall not exceed an overall height of six feet above the ground surface adjacent to the sign. Real estate signs in excess of twelve square feet in area shall comply with the provisions of Section 14.08.030, and all other applicable provisions of this title. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
