14.32.010 Attachment of advertising matter.
Advertising matter may be attached to any marquee constructed, erected and maintained in accordance with the provisions of this title; provided, that the following limitations shall be complied with:
A. No part of such advertising matter shall extend below the lowest portion of the lawfully constructed and maintained marquee upon which it is placed;
B. No part of such advertising matter shall extend more than six inches beyond the outer edge of the marquee upon which it is placed, and all advertising matter shall be installed or maintained so that it is at least two feet from the vertical projection of the nearest curbline;
C. No advertising matter placed upon a marquee shall exceed a total height of six feet, nor shall the total advertising surface of any side or face of any marquee exceed one hundred square feet. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
