It is unlawful for any person to do any of the following acts while fuel is being put in or removed from any aircraft:

A. Start or operate any engine on such aircraft;

B. Operate any radio transmitter or receiver on such aircraft;

C. Operate any electrical switch on such aircraft;

D. Allow any fuel to overflow any fuel tank or container;

E. Use or move any material which could cause a discharge of static electricity within fifty feet of such aircraft. (Ord. 177-82 § 15, 1982)
