Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction with a fine of $100.00 for the first offense, $250.00 for the second offense within one year, and $500.00 for the third offense within one year. Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent the city of Montague from seeking injunctive or other relief which may be necessary to enforce the provisions of this code. (Ord. 21-04, 2021)
