Bail may be posted and forfeited by mailing it to, or by paying m person at the Montague City clerk's office within fifteen (15) days. An additional five dollar ($5.00) penalty is applicable to payments made after the initial fifteen (15) day period. (Ord. 03-01A (part), 2003)
