A. A corporate seal is necessary for the use of the city, and the following form and device is adopted as the seal of the city.

B. The seal shall be circular in form, and one and three-quarter inches in diameter, and on the face thereof shall be the following inscription: “Town of Montague, Incorporated 25th day of January, 1909.” In the middle of such seal shall be the representation of Mount Shasta. (Ord. 2 § 1, 1909)
